About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, eager to work hard, and excited to build meaningful relationships with customers. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that involves a variety of physical tasks and relies heavily on strong interpersonal skills for success.
As a Community Growth Partner, you will assist customers with a range of services, including but not limited to:
- Residential moving assistance (small moves, loading/unloading items)
- Yardwork and garden maintenance (mulching, weeding, seasonal cleanup)
- Junk removal and light demolition (removing unwanted items, clearing spaces)
- General home support services (basic labor projects, organizing, setup)
You will be the face of Surv in the community—building relationships through excellent service, friendliness, and a genuine eagerness to lend a hand. A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear proper attire at every job
- Place 5 door hangers after completing each job to promote community connections
- Follow work orders accurately and diligently, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Engage with customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
- Collaborate with fellow team members to solve challenges that may arise on the job
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from work vehicles as needed
- Track hours accurately using a time-tracking app and submit jobsite expenses promptly
- Provide your own reliable transportation to and from worksites
- Arrive at each job site on time and ready to work

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Friendly with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods

Working Hours
- Part time, year round
- Flexible, Monday-Saturday
- Maintain 20-hours (min.) availability
